WireGuard in VoidPN

Peers and keys

WireGuard identifies peers with public keys. The private key stays on the device and is not exposed through the VoidPN interface boundary.

Routes

Allowed IP ranges determine which destinations enter the tunnel. The native service creates and restores operating-system routes around the active connection.

What the protocol covers

WireGuard protects packets between configured peers. The introductory VPN guide explains how that tunnel changes the wider network route. Product security also depends on key storage, endpoint operation, account systems, software updates, and correct recovery behavior.
